Benoit, Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Benoit brings a global, community-centered perspective to the company’s leadership. Born in Haiti and shaped by strong community values, his passion for helping others reach their full potential was influenced by the support he received throughout his early life.
After migrating from Argentina to the United States and later relocating to Savannah from Florida, Benoit built his career in the staffing industry. With hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts and expanding workforce partnerships, Benoit quickly recognized that connection and communication are critical drivers of workforce success.
By bridging language barriers and connecting individuals with multilingual support, he helped improve engagement, productivity, and retention while reinforcing the importance of inclusion and representation in the workplace. Benoit’s approach is rooted in trust, accessibility, and people-first leadership. His ability to align workforce needs with real human support continues to shape a staffing model where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Tony Toussaint, Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Tony Toussaint relocated to Savannah, Georgia over five years ago with a clear purpose: to build lasting roots while helping people and businesses reach their highest potential. With more than a decade of experience as a traveling Human Resources Leader, Tony has led workforce strategy, compliance, and operational initiatives across diverse industries and regions nationwide.
Throughout his career, Tony developed a deep understanding of how people, policy, and performance must work together to create sustainable success. After settling in Savannah, he identified a critical gap in the local employment market—too many staffing models prioritized short-term results over long-term workforce stability, leading to high turnover and disengagement.
That insight became the foundation for building a different kind of workforce partner—one grounded in accountability, integrity, and respect. Tony’s leadership reflects a commitment to ethical hiring, data-driven decision-making, and building systems that support both employee development and business growth for the long term.
